SchoolHouse Projects Studio Program

SchoolHouse Projects – a project space dedicated to independent curatorial projects – is opening a studio program in a multi-purpose schoolhouse in NoLita. The third story of this landmark building has been converted into twenty studio spaces.

The studio program is open to emerging through mid-career artists. We encourage artists working in a variety of styles and mediums to apply. Artists will be selected based on the quality and originality of their work.

If you are interested, email us and we will send you an application. We are currently accepting applications until October 25th. Studios will be available on November 1st, however some spaces as early as October 15th. This is a month-to-month rental, with the option to re-up each month through February 2013. There is a fee per studio space allotment.

This studio program will offer artists a centrally located space in Manhattan to create within a welcoming artistic community. Artists will also have the opportunity to experience other SchoolHouse Projects programs and expand their network.
